These techniques guide through different subtlemystical levels, based on the seven levels of the soul. Imam Bilal suggests practices to work with each week; we often share the results of the practices in the class. Support increases remembrance and presence. We are willing to tape this course for those at a distance, but want them to know that there is a great deal of practice and discussion involved.
